This is not a fitness class — it’s a fight camp. My Fight Prep Program is designed for competitive boxers and MMA athletes who are stepping into the ring or cage. Whether you're 6 weeks out or just sharpening tools year-round, I’ll get you fight-ready with a system built on experience, intensity, and results.

Key Focus Areas:
Technical Sparring & Live Rounds
You’ll spar with structure. Drilled sessions include situational sparring, timing work, ring/cage control, and progressive pressure. Real rounds, real feedback, real improvement.

Fight-Conditioning & Endurance
Push past your breaking point with sport-specific conditioning designed to mimic fight pace — intervals, resistance circuits, explosive drills, and fighter’s cardio.

Game Plan & Strategy Work
We’ll tailor your approach to your opponent's style — breaking down strengths/weaknesses and drilling responses.

Mental Prep & Nerves Control
Confidence through preparation. I coach fight-week mindset, pre-fight rituals, and focus control under pressure.
